We handle each client on a case-by-case basis. We will never authorize use of tailored products, concoctions, or protocols for anyone other than the client they were designed for. We advise against shortcuts to healing and learning. Any information you pay for with us is protected intellectual property. All open-source information is free and protected by creative commons license.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not authorize refunds for online services or items sold to our customers through third parties or vendors. We hold no authority or responsibility to third party vendors or suppliers and will not authorize refunds on the behalf of third-party vendors or suppliers. We issue refunds only on items we mishandled, fulfilled incorrectly and/or damaged on our end. We do not issue refunds for damaged items, products or services we have completed without errors and delivered. Please be advised to send your complaints to the proper channels for resolve. We do our best to resolve issues with our systems and products with your best interest and health in mind and we will ensure to aide in the resolve of any issues you may have with our services and/or products with respect to your time and patronage. All refund matters must be filed within 7 business days of receiving the item (s). Failure to do so in a timely defined manner of 7 days, your case will be deemed unresolvable and closed.

Product Safety Precautions:

We DO NOT accept returns of opened or unopened products or items under any circumstances. We will not reuse or resell returned items due to health risks and contamination concerns. Please discard unused or tampered with items safely and securely to avoid misuse by others. TruLife Holistic and Integrative Wellness LLC will not be held responsible for injuries due to unauthorized use by family members, children, pets, and/or any persons outside of the regimen agreement.

1.) Question: Is the holistic practitioner a licensed MD?

Answer: NO, Tangy Robinson is not a Licensed MD and does not treat, cure, or diagnose diseases. Tangy Robinson, IHP is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM); Education includes (Aroma Therapy, Integrative Therapies, Herbal Medicine) University of Minnesota; (Psychology and the science of wellbeing) Yale University, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (TMC I and II), as well as an IHP Institute for Integrative Therapies with focuses in Nutritional Health Coaching and Functional Medicine Graduated as a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner.

2.) Question: Do we accept health insurance?

Answer: Unfortunately, many insurance companies do not cover Naturopathic Medicine visits, making us a cash-based practice. However, if you do have Flex Spending through your employer, we are able to accept that.

3.) Question: What can a holistic practitioner help me with?

Answer: A holistic practitioner can address most conditions and can provide both individual and family health care. The most common ailments they address are allergies and sensitivities, chronic pain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, weight loss and weight management, respiratory conditions, cardio issues, menopause, adrenal fatigue, cancer, thyroid imbalance, type 2 diabetes remission, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, nutrition, child wellness, mindfulness therapy, supplement therapy, and herbal and nutritional healing.

4.) Question: How will my visit with you be different from other doctor visits?

Answer: Since we are not bound by health insurance companies and their claim regulations, we have the freedom to take a deep dive into the root cause of your medical needs to thoroughly get a good understanding of your unique situation. We do not treat symptoms- we get to the root cause and help you to heal from it safely and effectively.

5.) Question: How long is the wait before I can come in for an office visit?

Answer: For a new patient it takes on average 2 weeks from calling in and completing the online intake to schedule to coming in to see the doctor.

5. Question: What if I need to cancel last minute or if I miss my appointment?

Answer: Please note we charge a $35 cancellation/no show fee if we are not notified at least 24 hrs. in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

6.) Question: How do we book appointments?

Answer: We conduct online appointments for virtual consultations and engagement. Most of our practices can be done online for your convenience.
